Cosmofarma, the annual event dedicated to the world of Italian pharmacy, healthcare and beauty care, will take place at the Bologna exhibition centre from 8 to 10 May 2026. Starting from the month of March on the Cosmofarma website will be published the Exhibitors Catalog which contains the list of companies present at the fair, constantly updated by the exhibitors' secretariat with new adhesions until the date of the event. The Exhibition Guide Map will be available free of charge to visitors at the entrance

On the website of the event it is possible to consult the program of conferences, workshops and seminars. By clicking on the title of each event you can access the conference sheet where you can find specific information on how to participate, type of recognized training credits and detailed program.

No, pre-registration is not required to attend the conferences.

Admission to the fair is subject to payment upon registration and it is necessary to have a ticket to access the event. From mid-January until the last day of the event, the online ‘ticket office’ section will be active, where you can purchase your admission ticket. Tickets can be purchased:

Until 15 February 2026 at a reduced rate of €15.00 (including VAT).
From 16 February to 15 March at a reduced rate of €20.00 (including VAT).
From 16 March to 16 April at a reduced rate of €25.00 (including VAT).
From 17 April until the end of the event at a reduced rate of €30.00 (including VAT).

Tickets purchased online are valid for one day only and are not transferable to third parties. During the event, day tickets will also be available for purchase at the fair ticket offices at a cost of €35.00 (including VAT).

During online registration, you can obtain a ticket to access Cosmofarma Exhibition 2026 at the special rate of €15.00. The ticket is valid for all three days of the event. During the event, it will also be possible to purchase a three-day pass for £20.00 (including VAT). Thanks to an agreement with trade associations – FOFI, Federfarma, Fondazione Francesco Cannavò, U.T.I.Far – member pharmacists can benefit from a free code to access the event, which can be requested from their relevant association.

University students enrolled in biology, CTF, pharmacy, and medicine courses can purchase a ticket at the reduced rate of €5.00 by filling out the form in the "Ticket office" section of the website by 15 April 2026. University tudents can also purchase their admission ticket at the discounted rate of € 5.00 at the event ticket office by showing their university ID card or badge or any document certifying their enrollment at the university for the current academic year. The ticket is valid for all three days of the event.

Admission for journalists is free upon registration. A page will be activated within the ticket office and in the press section of the website where journalists can submit their accreditation requests. Then you will receive an e-mail containing the entrance ticket that must be downloaded and printed. This ticket, valid for all the days of the event, will allow him to enter the fair without going through the ticket offices. Registration to request the ticket must be submitted by April 15, 2026. The Press Office will be located on the 1st floor of the Service Center, block B and will be available to journalists every day of the event.

Due to the business-oriented nature of the exhibition, the organizers do not recommend entry to visitors under 18. Admission to the fair for children under the age of 18 is free of charge. The parent or accompanying person of the minor must complete, at the ticket offices, the form of decline of responsibility.

The staff of Cosmofarma on the days of the event is available at the Secretariat of the Event: Service Center – Block C, 1st floor

During the three days of Cosmofarma, participants may collect their certificate of attendance from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Organizing Secretariat, located in the Service Center – Block C, 1st floor.

Cosmofarma, in collaboration with the travel agency Bologna Welcome, offers exclusively to exhibitors and visitors particularly advantageous rates for trips with trains, trips with airlines and overnight stays in some hotels in the city. Yes, the cloakroom/luggage storage is available at the Service Centre – Block A (ground floor) from the Constitution West Entrance. Single price per garment at 5,00 €.

Dogs are allowed only if on a leash and muzzled or with a special carrier, except for dogs serving disabled people who can access without limitations.
