Each edition of Cosmofarma Exhibition focuses its communication campaign on themes and messages that invite reflection on the changes taking place in the pharmacy sector. In 2026, this journey continues with the slogan “Regeneration/NewGeneration” which highlights the concept of generation in its many interpretations: from intergenerational comparison behind and in front of the counter, to how to effectively manage the transition from one generation to another in pharmacies, from gender issues to the profile of the generation that is shaping the pharmacy of tomorrow.
To illustrate this concept, which plays on the word “generation,” a tree, symbol of life and continuity, is used: its roots are deeply embedded in the knowledge of the ancient profession of pharmacist, characterized by DNA intertwined with luminous fibers, balancing nature and technology. a profession that comes from afar and has solid foundations, but which looks to the future, passing on, from generation to generation, the knowledge and passion of those who serve at the counter every day.

From Bologna Centrale railway station (10 minutes from the exhibition center), bus lines 35 and 38 connect to the main entrance of the event (West Entrance, Costituzione).
The large Piazza Costituzione car park, located at the west entrance to BolognaFiere, is available to exhibitors and visitors.
The car park located in the immediate vicinity of the north entrance is the Michelino multi-storey car park.

The Exhibition is aimed at all professional operators from the following categories:
Admission to the fair is subject to payment upon registration and it is necessary to have a ticket to access the event.
From mid-January until the last day of the event, the online ‘ticket office’ section will be active, where you can purchase your admission ticket.
Tickets can be purchased:
Tickets purchased online are valid for one day only and are not transferable to third parties.
During the event, day tickets will also be available for purchase at the fair ticket offices at a cost of €35.00 (including VAT).
During online registration, you can obtain a ticket to access Cosmofarma Exhibition 2026 at the special rate of €15.00. The ticket is valid for all three days of the event.
During the event, it will also be possible to purchase a three-day pass for £20.00 (including VAT).
Thanks to an agreement with trade associations – FOFI, Federfarma, Fondazione Francesco Cannavò, U.T.I.Far – member pharmacists can benefit from a free code to access the event, which can be requested from their relevant association.
University students enrolled in biology, CTF, pharmacy, and medicine courses can purchase a ticket at the reduced rate of €5.00 by filling out the form in the “Ticket office” section of the website by 15 April 2026.
University tudents can also purchase their admission ticket at the discounted rate of € 5.00 at the event ticket office by showing their university ID card or badge or any document certifying their enrollment at the university for the current academic year.
The ticket is valid for all three days of the event.
Admission for journalists is free upon registration. A page will be activated within the ticket office and in the press section of the website where journalists can submit their accreditation requests. Then you will receive an e-mail containing the entrance ticket that must be downloaded and printed. This ticket, valid for all the days of the event, will allow him to enter the fair without going through the ticket offices.
Registration to request the ticket must be submitted by April 15, 2026.
The Press Office will be located on the 1st floor of the Service Center, block B and will be available to journalists every day of the event.
Due to the business-oriented nature of the exhibition, the organizers do not recommend entry to visitors under 18.
Admission to the fair for children under the age of 18 is free of charge. The parent or accompanying person of the minor must complete, at the ticket offices, the form of decline of responsibility.
