Cosmofarma Exhibition 2025 takes place in Bologna Fair District from 11th to 13th April 2025 .
Hall 25 – 26 – 28 – 29- 30 – Mall – Services Center

Friday 11th April 2025: from 9.00 a.m.  to 6.00 p.m.
Saturday 12th April 2025:  – from 09.00 a.m.  to 6.00 p.m.
Sunday 13th April 2025: – from 09.00 a.m.  to 5.00 p.m.

Entrances for Cosmofarma:

• • Nord – pedestrian entrance (Via Ondina Valla, 40127 Bologna BO). Consult Google Maps

By plane

Guglielmo Marconi International Airport is directly connected to Bologna Railway Station by the Marconi Express shuttle. Please visit this page for more information: www.marconiexpress.it

By car

From motorways A1 (Milan, Florence, Rome) and A14 (Rimini, Ancona, Bari): exit at “BOLOGNA FIERA” tool both motorway A14 to reach entrance Nord and Michelino multilevel Car Park (Via Ondina Valla).

From motorway A13 (Ferrara, Padova, Venice): exit “BOLOGNA ARCOVEGGIO” then ring road exit 8 to reach entrance Nord and Michelino multilevel Car Park (Via Ondina Valla).

By train

From Bologna Railway Station, which is 10 minutes from Bologna Exhibition Centre, bus lines 35 and 38 link the station to the Ovest Costituzione entrance (Bus stop: Fiera Palazzo Congressi).

Yes, you need an entrance ticket to visit Cosmofarma.

Tickets can be purchased exclusively online on this page “Registration“, after submitting your registration.

You can take advantage of the special discounted rate of €15.00 if you register and purchase your ticket online by 15th January 2025. 

After 16th January 2025, you can still purchase your ticket at a reduced rate of €20.00 until 31st March 2025 (inclusive).

From 1st April 2025, the standard rate of €25.00 will apply for event ticket purchases.

Each ticket is nominative, non-transferable and valid for all days of the event.

No, Tickets can be purchased exclusively online on this website.

Due to the business target of the Exhibition, the organizers do not recommend entry to children under 18 years.

Anyway the entrance to the fair for children under 18 is free. Parents or carers of children must fill in a disclaimer form at the Ticket Office in Ovest Costituzione or Nord Entrances.

To purchase your entrance ticket, you need to register here “Registration“.

If you visited the exhibition before, you need to do a new registration.

Each registered user can purchase only 1 ticket.

Yes, wardrobes and luggage storages are available at the Service center – block A (ground floor) from Ovest Costituzione entrance.The price is € 4,00 for each item.

Dogs are allowed on a leash and equipped with a muzzle or with a special container, except for dogs serving disabled people who can access without limitations.
